As you do not own the template, the designer will usually require you to link back (a must normally) to credit the designer. A HTML website is one to look for if you want to really have a different look for your company. You are able to tweak it to your own website appearance to suit your company. Using a text editor to build website

A great control in designing a website, what you need is the code of building the website. This is free and you can use a notepad on your computer to design the website out of text alone.

This is extremely time consuming and hard to build, without the precision of the html code, you can never build a website with a text editor. Well there are some that knows about building a website using text editor. But I will not recommend using it, as this is extremely hard and not easy thing.

If you want to learn your HTML the fastest, then using text editor will surely increase your knowledge fast. Not suitable for newbies and those who want to earn money fast.

Conclusion in building website

I must say that whatever way you use, it will highly depend on your money to invest, time and competency in building a website. If in any case you want to use outsource a professional because you have the money but no time and competency, then outsourcing will be your solution. If you do not have a lot of money, but have time and some knowledge, I will recommend using the template instead.
